Given the large number of devices, that each, need to be interrogated, RANmetrics has developed its own unique parallel polling engine that enables 1000s of devices to be queried at the same time. This enables RANmetrics to provide a near real-time 5-minute refresh guarantee. This give the necessary authority to any operations manager to say with certainty if a Cell or Femto, or Wi-Fi Access Point is currently operational or not.
